eSpline helped Microsoft make a decision on using the SAP VC to determine if it fit their configuration requirements.  It was a good fit.  eSpline provided in-house Basic VC Training, assisted Microsoft to implement an SAP VC landscape, created the configurable product models, guided the modification of BOM categories to change from a mass ordering environment to a single configured product order. and integration with the Microsoft Store.   Assisted in the modificatioion, testing and implementation and utilization of SAP SD and ATP, 3rd party PLM integration, Ariba, and manufacturing processes for consumer based configurable products. Now, Microsoft customers can configure and order a select few products online vs. selection and purchase of a preconfigured product.
